Grades one sales call, F- to A+, against a real, cited four-dimension scorecard (opening/rapport, discovery, objection handling, closing) with a specific next-call improvement plan. Hard-gated on a consent attestation before any grading -- roughly a dozen U.S. states require all-party consent to record a call. The original transcript/recording lives only in private/, gitignored.

Designs a sales-roleplay persona set (difficulty tiers, a redacted training transcript, a shared scoring rubric with /sales-call-grader) for a rep to practice against, grounded in real graded-call objections. Hands the actual GHL voice-agent provisioning to /ghl-voice-agent-builder (#84) once it exists and ghl_location_id is connected -- never provisions it itself, and never places a roleplay call to a real external prospect.

Sources sales-hiring candidates from the four fixed Facebook groups (role mode closer #39 or setter #41): a manual-fallback checklist gathers newest-first hiring posts and interested commenters (Facebook is login-walled, never scripted), then screens each only against declared location/time zone/work authorization and drafts a unique, emoji-free first message per qualifying candidate on the contract's template. Never messages a moderator or owner, never sends anything itself -- the user sends, or an approved sanctioned tool does.

Drafts the hire agreement for a sourced sales candidate (role mode closer #40 or setter #42): the user enters the commission % fresh every hire (never defaulted), the rep's and the business's fields are laid out under the correct party's lines with every date field assigned to the user, and the push into GHL's Documents & Contracts flow plus the SMS/email send are handed over as an exact manual-fallback checklist. Opens/appends a per-hire KPI-history file baselined from /forecasting's own cited numbers for /scaling-plan's later termination-on-miss reasoning -- never decides that call itself.
