- Tokens are yours on every plan: SHAI runs on your own model key and the vendor bills you at its own price, with nothing added on top. What you pay here is for access to the team.
- Every run shows its estimated ceiling before it starts and its metered cost after.
- A daily spend ceiling you set — counted across every model provider you route work to — and an approval whenever a run would cross it.
- Export everything, or delete everything, from your own settings page.

What you are not being charged for
These are the starting tiers from Contract C, and the owner sets them in admin. Whether anything can be bought on this deployment depends on whether its operator has connected Stripe: with no Stripe keys set, nothing is charged and the platform runs on your own model key with no subscription attached.
Credits are switched on here, but this deployment's worker holds no model key of its own, so a run paid from credits has nothing to execute on and would park saying exactly that — which means the no-card trial is not something this deployment can offer you today. Bring your own model key and everything works: the vendor bills you at its own price, nothing is added on top, and no trial clock applies to you at all.
Subscriptions are not switched on for this deployment: no Stripe keys are set, so nothing can be charged and no plan can be bought here. Everything on your account keeps working on your own model key, at the vendor's own price. The owner turns this on by setting STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET and STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY on the web service.
