A roster, a concierge, and a run engine.
SHAI is three things working together: 95 written agents, one voice in front of them that knows which to call, and an engine that runs them with a budget, a transcript and an approval wherever one is owed.
The parts
What makes it a team
Specialists, not one generalist
95 agents across 11 squads — ads, content, outreach, the CRM, video, strategy, and your own life admin. Each one is a written skill you can read, change and own.
It reaches you
Chat in the portal, a phone call when a decision cannot wait, a text when it can. You answer in a word and the work carries on.
It knows your business
One interview, once. After that your offer, prices, voice and calendar are on file, and no agent asks you the same question twice.
It hands you work, not chat
Sites, videos, ad campaigns, funnels, decks and sheets — delivered into your own repository and your own accounts.
The run
Every job shows its cost and its work
Before it starts
The agent's own manifest sets the turn and time limits. The engine prices the run against your daily ceiling and asks first if it would cross it.
While it runs
Output streams onto the run page as it happens, so a long job is watchable rather than a spinner.
When it finishes
Estimated and metered cost side by side, the transcript kept, and the work committed into your own repository.
If it cannot finish
It says which unit failed, shows the best attempt, gives the exact manual fallback and the command that resumes. It never silently degrades.
Control
Autonomous, not unsupervised
Approval before anything irreversible
Spending money, sending to a stranger, publishing, deleting: each one stops and asks, by card, by text or by phone.
Per-business permissions
Every business is its own workspace. One client's data is never visible from another's, and an agency can give a client their own approver seat.
It sees only what you connect
Credentials are encrypted at rest and injected at execution time. The model is handed results, never your keys.
Compliance by construction
Official APIs and published rate limits, consent before contact where the law requires it, AI disclosure to anyone who is not you, and professional-advice disclaimers where they belong.
Getting started
Live in ten minutes
1. Tell SHAI about your business
A three-minute interview: what you sell, to whom, at what price, and what eats your week. It is asked once.
2. Connect your tools
56 tools are written up with what each one costs, why it matters, and the exact steps. Connect the ones you use; skip the rest.
3. Approve your first tasks
SHAI proposes the work your industry usually needs first. Nothing runs until you approve it.
