SHAI is made by Summit Holdings and Investments — a business that runs businesses, not a lab that ships a model.

Most AI tools are built by engineers who start from what the technology can do. SHAI started from the other end: the jobs a small business never gets to. The follow-up that goes cold. The ad account nobody audits. The video that is never cut. The listing that is never rewritten. The month-end that eats a Sunday.

So it is a roster rather than a chatbot. 95 written specialists across 11 squads, covering 102 separate jobs, with one concierge in front of them that knows which to call — and that will pick up the phone when a decision cannot wait.

What SHAI is not

• It is not a replacement for your judgement. Anything irreversible stops and asks.
• It is not a black box. Every agent is a file you can read and change.
• It is not a token reseller. You bring your own model key and pay the vendor directly, at cost.
• It is not finished. The changelog and the security page both say what is built and what is not.

You own the work

Everything SHAI produces for you is committed into a private repository in your own GitHub account. If you stop paying us tomorrow, the agents, the sites, the scripts and the project files stay yours.
